• Previous experience in a similar customer service position.
• Very good command of English and Norwegian.
• Experience in retail or maintenance industry is desirable.
• Excellent time management and ability to set priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily customer contact through email and phone.
• Processing customer orders for maintenance services.
• Updating customer data to ensure accuracy of internal records.
• Ensuring effective communication within internal departments.
• Cooperation with subcontractors to provide requested services.
• Handling issues and following the designated escalation path.
