Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our remote team delivering world-class help to users across the globe. You will handle live chats and emails, guide customers through account, billing, and domain questions, and meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining brand standards.

Candidates should have 1+ year of customer-facing experience, strong written communication, and comfort with Squarespace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience required in a similar role (retail, hospitality, online support).
• Excellent written communication with strong spelling and grammar.
• Ability to decode conversations, identify the cause, and align on end goals.
• Familiarity with the Squarespace platform.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer live chats and emails in a timely manner (live chat is the primary channel).
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions about Account, Billing, Domain, or other inquiries.
• Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on new product features and improvements.
• Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues.
