Job summary

HosterPK (PVT) Ltd. is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Executive for remote work in the Web Hosting and Domain Registration space. You will assist customers with hosting and domain inquiries and recommend suitable solutions to support business growth.

You will handle live chat, email, tickets, and phone, guide plan selection, manage domains, DNS, SSL, and email hosting, and troubleshoot basic issues. The role values clear communication and problem solving and offers incentives and professional

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of web hosting, domain registration, DNS, SSL, and WordPress hosting.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple chats or tickets.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, tickets, and phone.
Assist with web hosting, domain registration, DNS, SSL, email hosting, and related services.
Guide customers in selecting suitable hosting plans.
