Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives via phone and email.
• Research and process orders; monitor status and fulfillment using SAP.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with warehouses and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service and issue resolution.
