Job summary

The Alliance is seeking a Customer Support Champion to be the first line of contact for our members, handling email and ticketing with timely, friendly responses.

You will support the AI agent’s ongoing maintenance, contribute to knowledge bases, and collaborate with Customer Success, Education, Product and other teams to improve the member experience in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk or similar support platforms and AI agents.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset to align across departments.
• Proactive problem solver with focus on improving support processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for our members via email and our ticketing system, providing timely, friendly, and helpful responses every day.
• Support the ongoing maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of our AI agent and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Education, Product and other departments to resolve member issues quickly and efficiently.
