Zyla Health is seeking a Customer Success professional for a fully remote role. You will be the primary contact for clients, drive product adoption, and deliver proactive, high-quality support across chat, email and voice channels.

Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in Customer Success.
Experience in at least one customer support channel: chat, email or voice.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
Able to understand customer workflows, pain points and translate into insights.
Proactive, solution-oriented and able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and business growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers via chat, email, and voice, ensuring timely and professional support.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs, workflows, and providing proactive solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
Drive product adoption and customer success to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams, share customer feedback, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Meet SLAs and KPIs while continuously improving processes and customer experience.
