Job summary

Hi Rasmus Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Partner to manage a US-based, fully remote client portfolio in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. You’ll nurture relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customers achieve measurable value.

You’ll proactively engage customers, train users, surface expansion opportunities, and coordinate with Support and Product teams to resolve issues and reduce churn, while collaborating across departments. Fully remote within US time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ABA field.
• Hi Rasmus experience is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success or software training.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a caseload of customers across different sizes.
• Support long-term success and adoption of new features.
• Meet with customers for re-engagement and training as needed.
• Help create and maintain resources for customer growth and engagement.
• Coordinate training across internal and external teams.
• Lead churn conversations and guide retention when needed.
• Identify expansion opportunities through ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to address training needs and tickets.
