Job summary

Hi Rasmus is seeking a Head of Marketing who will own the brand, narrative, and go-to-market strategy for a remote-first US team. You will partner with the CCO, CEO, Product, Clinical, and Sales to build a scalable marketing engine that links storytelling to measurable growth.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, enterprise-grade programs, and a track record of pipeline generation. This is a fully remote, full-time leadership position with substantial growth potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience with leadership.
• Experience scaling a growth-stage SaaS company.
• Strong experience marketing to enterprise buyers and SMB.
• Demonstrated success building programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand narrative, voice, and positioning for Hi Rasmus.
• Translate mission and product value into compelling market stories.
• Drive consistency across all external touchpoints—website, campaigns, events, PR, sales materials.
• Lead enterprise ABM and demand-gen engine aligned to revenue goals.
• Develop integrated campaigns across paid, organic, content, events, partnerships, and outbound.
• Establish attribution, funnel metrics, and reporting linking marketing to commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Customer Success to go-to-market plans.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with clear ownership and growth.
