Happy Returns, a UPS Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise retail partners in a remote/Atlanta-based capacity. You will serve as the primary contact, driving product adoption, supporting operational performance, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

You will develop deep understanding of retailer objectives, identify opportunities to maximize value, and work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Support

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
• Experience managing portfolio of business customers and building long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead meetings and presentations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and analyze performance data.
