Happy Returns, a UPS Company, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise retail partners. This remote role focuses on strong relationships, product adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Operations, Product, and Support to resolve issues and drive account growth. You will build account plans, lead business reviews, and identify opportunities to expand adoption of Happy Returns solutions while ensuring renewals and high

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or related role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of business customers and building long-term relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentations and meetings.
• Able to interpret performance data and derive insights.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams to resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and align objectives.
• Develop account plans to drive value from Happy Returns solutions.
• Maintain regular communication and ensure a positive partnership experience.
• Identify renewal risks and support successful renewals.
• Lead business reviews with performance metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Support to resolve issues.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Happy Returns offerings.
