Job summary

Magma Math is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of midsize to large district partners in the Western US. You will onboard teachers, coaches, and school leaders and ensure long-term success with Magma. You will work with district staff to promote product adoption and deliver ongoing value.

You will collaborate with the CS team and other departments to exceed expectations, support renewals, and identify growth opportunities, while traveling as needed to partner districts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Experience in ed tech, SaaS, and/or education.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with district leaders and teachers as their primary point of contact.
• Onboard teachers, coaches, and school leaders and ensure long-term success with Magma.
• Provide virtual and onsite training and resources to help customers use Magma’s products.
• Identify renewal opportunities and work with Account Managers to grow accounts.
• Collaborate with CS, Account Management, Product and Sales to align on shared goals.
