Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer communications via calls and emails.
• Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service.
• Act as a product expert to ensure accuracy of information.
• Record customer interactions in internal CRM for cross-functional awareness.
