Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Customer Success Manager III in Tampa, FL to manage a portfolio of strategic customers and drive successful adoption of our managed and advisory services. You will coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Support to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure long-term value.

You will guide onboarding, monitor health and renewal readiness, and conduct quarterly business reviews to align with customer goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customers and driving adoption and retention.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, health, and risks; coordinate resources for timely resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to maximize value.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure renewal readiness.
