Elementix is a data platform serving private lenders, enabling onboarding, adoption, and renewals. We are a small, AI-first team founded in 2024, growing through focused B2B SaaS demand.

This is the first dedicated Customer Success Manager role, with on-target earnings of $100,000 per year and an 80/20 base-to-bonus split. The role is fully remote with full benefits, handling ~10–20 onboardings per month, ~15–20 calls weekly, and a range of renewal discussions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in B2B SaaS customer success, with direct responsibility for retention and renewals.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, prioritizing outreach, and keeping renewal timelines organized.
• AI-enabled workflows: using Claude or similar in your workflow and having opinions on what works.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding after the sales handoff and train the customer team to achieve first value.
• Drive adoption during the first 90 days and resolve barriers to usage.
• Monitor account health, usage, and engagement; intervene to prevent churn.
• Lead quarterly business reviews for priority accounts and set plans for the next quarter.
• Schedule and recap meetings; maintain momentum with action items and next steps.
• Educate customers about new features and map updates to their needs.
• Prepare for renewals 90 days in advance, track risks, and discuss pricing when needed.
• Handle routine support via email and calls, providing clear guidance.
• Keep account records current and share customer feedback with founder and engineering.
