Job summary

Fingerprint is a globally distributed, 100% remote company focused on developer-friendly fraud detection. We seek a Customer Success Engineer to guide customers in API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and drive long-term success.

You'll work with our API products, collaborate with the engineering team, and educate customers via training sessions and documentation. This role requires 3–6 years in customer-facing API roles.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a customer-facing role focused on API products.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and automation scripting.
• Solid understanding of API concepts and RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in integrating Fingerprint APIs into web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with engineering to onboard customers and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary technical contact, troubleshooting and providing solutions.
• Analyze internal logs to diagnose customer problems.
• Monitor API usage and performance to preempt issues.
• Create sample code and tailor recommendations for integrations.
• Develop automation scripts for API testing and monitoring.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars on API usage.
• Maintain documentation for self-service support.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and gather feedback for product improvement.
