Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to assist customers with product/app/offers through email, chat and social channels. You will help retain customers by resolving inquiries and maintaining product knowledge in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), and is comfortable using Zendesk and G Suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with G Suite and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest-level personalized support to customers via email, chat, and social media.
• Attend training to grow knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Identify customer needs and help find solutions.
• Resolve inquiries across channels promptly and professionally.
• Escalate inquiries to relevant individuals or departments as needed.
• Document interactions and gather information for stakeholders.
• Maintain trustful rapport with customers and suggest relevant offerings.
• Gather insights to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
