Respage is hiring a Customer Success Associate to own the support inbox and website/dashboard chat, triage and resolve client issues, and proactively manage a small client portfolio. You will work with Customer Success Managers to ensure services are set up for new orders and support ongoing maintenance.

You’ll also assist with social posts for clients, reputation management, and select marketing projects with the marketing manager.

Qualifications

• Must be accountable with initiative and handle high-volume requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for email and chat.
• Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize.

Responsabilités

• Own the daily flow of support emails and client chat from our website/dashboard.
• Triagely respond, gather details, provide next steps and updates.
• Manage a small portfolio of clients with weekly maintenance and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to set up and support services for new orders.
• Investigate issues, document findings, reproduce steps, and work with teams to resolve.
