Job summary

AlphaSense is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard users and drive adoption across industries. You will conduct 1:1 onboarding, perform warm outreach to re-engage users, and support account teams to ensure successful deployments and retention.

You’ll collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to surface insights and improve the client journey. The role emphasizes effective communication, relationship building, and the ability to guide diverse users through platform workflows in

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in high-volume outreach or user support.
Able to guide users through platform training; distill complex issues simply.
Strong at building rapport and clear communication.
Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and Adoption: Schedule and run 1:1 onboarding sessions for new users.
Warm Outreach and Email Engagement: Reach out to low activity or dormant users via email and calls.
Client Engagement: Support sessions across industries, join trainings, assist with workflows.
Customer Health: Work with teams to keep accounts healthy with tailored training and guidance.
Growth Initiatives: Help sales by running product overview sessions and demos.
Market Insight Support: Spot trends and share insights with relevant teams.
Product Feedback: Capture pain points and share actionable insights with internal teams.
