Qualifications

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing or related field.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and ability to create clear assets.
• Experience with Jira, Wrike, and Teams is a plus.
• Familiar with Agile environments and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote resources and training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Identify customer lifecycle touchpoints to provide value to customers.
• Partner on customer research initiatives.
• Develop branding and program guidelines for advocacy.
• Find and develop customer stories for campaigns and websites.
• Create communications to amplify customer stories.
• Collaborate across teams to produce marketing assets from reviews.
• Support amplification of reviews in campaigns and on sites.
