Job summary

Moov is hiring a Customer Service Engineer to join a fully remote team. You’ll blend frontend engineering skills with customer-focused problem solving, supporting customers via Moov APIs, SDKs, and tooling. You’ll help improve documentation, assist sales with PoCs, and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve issues and prevent regressions.

The role emphasizes rapid response, strong communication, and hands-on debugging to ensure customer success with Moov’s platform.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a frontend engineering or similar technical role.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and client-server interactions.
• Experience using Postman to reproduce API issues without code.
• Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Bonus: SQL knowledge; otherwise training provided.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, empathetic technical support for Moov customers via multi-channel platform.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Moov SDKs, APIs, and tools.
• Develop PoCs to assist in sales and implementations.
• Guide customers on best practices for Moov SDK integrations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and writing teams to improve docs and resolve recurring issues.
• Stay updated on new Moov features to support customers effectively.
• Contribute to internal tooling and knowledge bases to streamline support processes.
