The New York Racing Association is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, and email. You will apply deep knowledge of NYRA products and promotions while acting as a reliable team member in a fast-paced environment.

This role is regular full-time and offers a remote-from-Oregon work option. Key duties include assisting NYRA Bets and affiliates with inquiries, troubleshooting password issues, and providing accurate wagering details.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical Certification required.
• Minimum three years in a call center or customer service handling calls, live chat, and email.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays and from home in a dedicated space.
• Strong computer skills and data entry ability.

Responsabilités

• Provide general customer service information.
• Handle heavy call volumes inbound and outbound.
• Assist NYRA Bets and affiliates with account inquiries.
• Troubleshoot password and basic technical/app inquiries.
• Research misapplied information or customer discrepancies.
• Provide special event, promotions and wagering details.
• Assist customer via telephone and live chat as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors or senior management.
