Queen of Maids is seeking a remote Customer Service Team Member to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and web chat from a Phoenix/East Valley resident. You will assist with bookings, provide quotes, and help service providers with work orders and platform issues.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fully remote team. Flexible schedule required within business hours of Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must live in the Phoenix/East Valley area of Arizona.
• Excellent communication with customers and providers.
• Able to troubleshoot common software issues.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and inquiries.
• Must work well in a fully remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls from customers and service providers.
• Respond to inquiries via email, text, and web chat.
• Help customers with bookings: scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling services.
• Provide over-the-phone quotes for services.
• Assist service providers with questions about work orders and platform issues.
• Troubleshoot software issues for customers and providers.
• Work remotely with the team using communication tools.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling within business hours.
