Queen of Maids is seeking a remote Customer Service Team Member to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and web chat from a Phoenix/East Valley resident. You will assist with bookings, provide quotes, and help service providers with work orders and platform issues.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fully remote team. Flexible schedule required within business hours of Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays.
