Job summary

YO HR Consultancy seeks a Customer Service SME for an hourly remote contractor role to support the creation of a custom dataset of real-world, human-enacted customer conversations used to train speech-to-speech AI agents.

You will apply your client communication, issue resolution, and CRM experience to ensure scenarios reflect authentic interactions, while following project guidelines and quality standards, and remaining flexible on scheduling to participate in ongoing expert network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience.
• 1+ year of AI training or related work.
• Excellent spoken English, clear and fluent verbal communication.
• Experience in end-to-end support workflows and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content with natural, human-enacted conversations.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Test models for biases and reliability across use cases.
