Financial services firm is currently hiring a remote Customer Service Representative. You will take inbound calls and assist existing clients with general questions about their account(s), notate account, work with in-house departments to resolve any issues, review accounts regarding contracts and reports to match clients with new services. Experience in the financial industry is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

• Comfortable taking inbound calls from current clients in need of assistance.
• Basic computer skills using Excel spreadsheets.
• Capable of typing 30 wpm or greater.

This is an entry level job, however, experience as a customer service rep, administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary or data entry clerk is a plus.
