What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support as needed
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
- Follow defined procedures and policies while interpreting customer needs
- Prioritize tasks effectively while adapting to changing projects and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device featuring a functioning camera
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with moderate to advanced computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience in a call center environment
- Understanding of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
