Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a customer sales lead database.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns.
  • Identify and assess customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Receive education and training on-the-job.
  • Maintain an efficient daily activity calendar.
  • Develop knowledge of company products, processes, and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, in-person).
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity, patience, and compassion.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Pest Control customer service experience preferred.
