1. Counsel student loan borrowers in resolving their delinquent accounts in an accurate, effective, and efficient manner.
2. Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls in accordance with federal regulations, corporate objectives, and department policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50/hr. Eligibility for some benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
