PC Geeks is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. In this role, you will assist customers with their technical inquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide support for general questions about our products and services. You will be the voice of our company, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Provide basic troubleshooting support and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team

• Schedule and coordinate remote and on-site service appointments

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests using our CRM system

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services received

• Assist with billing questions, service estimates, and general product information

• Collaborate with the technical support and repair teams to ensure seamless customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or tech support preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting processes
