Customer Service Representative (Part-Time / Work From Home)

Revamped Home Security Dallas TX

Job Summary :

Revamped Home Security a fast-growing ADT Authorized Dealer is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our upbeat and customer-focused team. This is a remote (work-from-home) position with one week of in-person training required at our Dallas TX office.

Schedule :

Monday Friday : 6 : 00 PM 9 : 00 PM

Saturday : 9 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM

Pay : 14.00 per hour

Part-time position

Location :

Remote / Work from home after 1 week of in-person training in Dallas TX

Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly professional manner

Process and manage customer payments

Support customers with ADT account-related inquiries

Accept and manage customer accounts from sales representatives

Schedule service appointments as needed

Qualifications :

Outgoing friendly personality

Comfortable speaking on the phone and with customers

Strong attention to detail and time management

Quick learner with a proactive attitude
