Job summary

Coast Professional, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming and outgoing calls, entering data into a Windows-based system, and ensuring accuracy under supervision.

This remote role requires living within 110 miles of the West Monroe, LA office. Training runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CST, with post-training shifts to be determined by operating needs. Benefits include health, life, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy and patience.
• Enter information into Windows-based system per script.
• Escalate calls to supervisor when needed and document outcomes.
• Track call-related data for auditing and reporting.
• Contribute to a flexible, team-based work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work received and performed.
