Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group. This remote role serves Financial Advisors, support staff, and external clients by delivering outstanding service and strengthening relationships.

You will resolve inquiries, educate clients on account services and products, and troubleshoot basic tech issues. Strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware: monitors, speakers, keyboards, mice.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting knowledge.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and stay professional with clients.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
