Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Customer Service Representative working remotely with the need to live within 60 minutes of 57719 for occasional in-person trainings and events. You will handle inbound calls, deliver exceptional service, manage customer information, and resolve inquiries while building relationships with cardholders and colleagues.

The role requires evening hours and at least one weekend day, with benefits starting day one, including medical coverage, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months of customer service experience of any kind and/or military equivalent experience within the last 7 years.
• Must live within 60 minutes or 60 miles of 57719 to ensure you’re able to commute for in-person training and occasional in-person activities.
• Demonstrate at least an intermediate level of computer skills including the ability to navigate and manage information across multiple windows and software platforms efficiently
• Maintain typing proficiency while actively conversing with customers
• Utilize Outlook or other Microsoft Office programs effectively
• This role will require you to work evening hours and at least 1 weekend day.
• This role requires a quiet, distraction-free environment and the ability to avoid personal matters during work time; visitors must be restricted.
• Willing to complete a drug test, background check, and provide fingerprints as part of the selection process
• Must satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
