Qualifications

• High School graduate with some college coursework completed and minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update information in QAD ERP and CRM systems.
• Process orders and respond to field requests as the one-stop shop for field operations.
• Ensure deliveries align with the surgery schedule and regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer database and support multiple departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Maintain contact with the sales team during the entire surgery transaction.
• Resolve scheduling and shipping issues to ensure proper order fulfillment.
