Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Service Representatives or Customer Support positions, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
• Strong foundation in Customer Service practices, including active listening, empathy, and clear information sharing.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access, good time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and common office software; ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage.
• Previous experience in consulting, staffing, or service-oriented industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
