Beacon Home Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the EST time zone. You will convert calls into booked service appointments and assist customers via phone, email, or text while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes script-driven communication and a strong customer-first approach, with on‑site training and ongoing feedback. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting technicians to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work from home in Northern VA or MD area.
• Proficiency with Service Titan and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Outbound calling and responding to inbound calls using scripted templates.
• Follow up on non-booked, canceled, or rescheduled calls.
• Provide consistent outbound calling across contacts.
• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or text to provide support and information on services.
• Enter service orders using Service Titan and other software.
• Direct customer questions to the appropriate support manager.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
