Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer software; Applied Epic is a plus.
• Must obtain a P&C license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions for insureds and agents in trucking accounts.
• Provide office and sales assistance: respond to information requests, services, quotes, permits, authority and licensing.
• Support colleagues and participate in incentive programs related to performance.
