Great West Casualty Company is hiring a Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote role serving the Phoenix area. You will interact with agents and insureds to support complex trucking accounts, providing information, quotes, permits, and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer software; Applied Epic is a plus.
• Must obtain a P&C license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions for insureds and agents in trucking accounts.

This position offers a fully remote work schedule for the Phoenix, AZ area

Put your motivation, energy, and service-driven mindset into aCustomer Service Representativerole with our Joe Morten & Son agency. Your professionalism and ability to adapt and problem solve will serve you well in this position where you will partner with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry.

In this role, you will provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing. You can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from working for a long-time stable company with a great schedule and hours to accommodate your busy life. Your hard work and hustle will also be rewarded through a quarterly incentive plan.

Position Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.

• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.

• Ability to utilize computer software. Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!

• Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment.
