Job summary

Great West Casualty Company in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role serving the Phoenix area. You will partner with agents and insureds to support complex trucking accounts, handling information requests, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer software. Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
• Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment.

This position offers a fully remote work schedule for the Phoenix, AZ area

Your professionalism and ability to adapt and problem solve will serve you well in this position where you will partner with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry.

In this role, you will provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing. You can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from working for a long-time stable company with a great schedule and hours to accommodate your busy life. Your hard work and hustle will also be rewarded through a quarterly incentive plan.

Position Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
