Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm property inspection appointments
• Provide accurate information about inspection services, pricing, and processes
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in company systems
• Coordinate with inspectors and field staff to ensure appointment details are communicated clearly
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated complex issues to appropriate team members
• Follow up with clients after service completion to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Process payments, invoices, and service documentation as required
• Support marketing and outreach efforts by answering questions from prospective clients
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and standards
