Job summary

Manhattan Beer and Beverage Distributors is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle delivery and sales support within a team environment. The role offers growth into inside or outside sales paths as skills develop.

The position emphasizes superior customer service, accurate communication, and CRM/workflow familiarity, with potential remote day on Saturdays as shifts evolve.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with a CRM or route accounting system.
• Team-based with positive attitude and integrity.
• Must sit 50% of the time and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or web.
• Process credit authorizations and refusals to drivers.
• Troubleshoot delivery and sales issues.
• Support NYC, Long Island, and Hudson Valley facilities.
• Ensure timely deliveries and clear communication with customers.
• Know SLA laws when issuing credit authorizations to drivers.
