Job summary

Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to participate in realistic, human-enacted conversations for an AI data project. You will handle simulated calls, resolve issues and communicate professionally, creating high-quality audio used to train speech-based AI.

Role is remote and independent contractor with about 15 hours per week and onboarding bootcamp. Applications include a 60-second on-camera script read. Remote work is available to approved countries only.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Native-level English with a clear U.S. accent.
• Own a computer, reliable internet, headset or USB microphone, and a quiet recording space.
• Available to commit about 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in realistic simulated customer service conversations.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to take part in realistic, human-enacted customer service conversations for an AI data project. You will handle simulated support calls, resolve issues and communicate professionally, creating high-quality audio used to train speech-based AI. About 15 hours per week, roughly 170 openings. Remote, independent contractor. Hours are estimates and not guaranteed. Not open to residents of California, Colorado, Illinois, Montana, New York, Tennessee, Texas or Washington, or of China, South Korea, the EU, the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Kenya, Indonesia, the Philippines or Bangladesh. Applying includes a 60-second on-camera script read. Approved applicants join an onboarding bootcamp before role placement.
