Job Description: Customer Advocate at Disabled Veteran Solutions

Responsibilities
  • Assist 50-70 individuals daily with healthcare needs, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits.
  • Navigate healthcare systems and provide excellent customer service.
Details
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with shifts between 8am and 8pm EST.
  • Intensive 5-week orientation with comprehensive training and support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations.
  • Proficiency with web-based systems and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Healthcare/insurance experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Background in social work, behavioral health, or related fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
