Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on accounts via phone, email, chat and text.
• Use basic math and PC skills to update customer information.
• Maintain data integrity and protect sensitive information.
• Work across multiple platforms to address questions and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Escalate as needed using internal knowledge base and guidelines.
• Research to provide resolutions in line with laws and policies.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
