Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a customer-facing cybersecurity role (e.g., services, success, or support) required.
• Solid understanding of current attack trends and threat detection services.
• Hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or XDR platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience drafting or presenting incident reports and security findings.
• Familiarity with Cortex XDR or Cortex XSOAR is a strong advantage.
• Experience onboarding new security services or clients is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the communication bridge between MDR analysts and customers.
• Onboard new customers and ensure smooth setup and transition.
• Monitor, triage, and route customer communications; answer technical questions on alerts, reports, incidents, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with MDR analysts to address questions on incidents, threats, and investigations.
• Own customer communication lifecycle during active incidents with timely updates.
• Ensure consistency and quality in external communications of incidents and findings.
• Escalate and advocate for customer issues across Product, Engineering, and Unit 42 teams.
