Job summary

Celestica is seeking an execution-focused Customer Program Management Consultant to bridge engineering, manufacturing and supply chain with external enterprise clients. You will oversee the contract lifecycle, establish program governance and manage approval workflows to support customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs to achieve planned revenue and profits for large, complex accounts.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time product deliveries and milestones.
• Establish governance and host regular program tracking for internal and customer visibility.
• Oversee complex projects including MRP volumes, new product development support, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Prepare performance reporting for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
• Participate in contract negotiations and develop long-term agreements on processes and charges.
