Celestica International LP in the United States is seeking an execution-focused Customer Program Management Consultant to oversee the contract lifecycle, governance and approval workflows, and advocate for customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and develop SOWs and long-term agreements, while ensuring compliance and timely product deliveries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Advanced expertise in applying cross-functional solutions to complex projects.
• Experience in contract governance and SOW development.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the contract lifecycle and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support account planning, strategy development and sales collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings to drive product delivery and milestones.
• Manage complex projects including manufacturing readiness and NPI support.
• Develop integrated project plans and regular status reviews with customers.
• Produce data-driven performance reports for operations and customer reviews.
• Participate in contract negotiations and long-term agreements on processes and charges.
• Assist in SOW authoring and bid proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards; coordinate remediation.
• Travel as required between Celestica locations.
