Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 1–3 years in customer service, customer operations, or order management.
• Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and purchase orders with accurate information.
• Provide order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking information.
• Respond to customer emails and calls with timely follow-up.
• Maintain customer data in Salesforce.
• Create and update support cases and document interactions.
• Provide Level 1 customer support and escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate onboarding, installation, and training activities.
• Support post-installation follow-up, returns, replacements, and RMAs.
• Monitor open requests and ensure resolution.
