Job summary

Flag Theory is seeking an experienced client onboarding specialist to own the post-sale journey for company incorporation services across multiple jurisdictions. You will guide clients through KYC requirements and ensure smooth onboarding with clear communication.

You will coordinate with vendors, update SOPs, and identify improvements to boost client satisfaction and timely delivery. The role requires strong English, empathy, and proven remote-work experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in corporate services or company incorporation.
• Proven knowledge of KYC processes and compliance protocols.
• Strong organizational skills; able to self-prioritize and manage multiple onboarding tracks.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear communicator under pressure.
• High empathy and client orientation; anticipates client concerns before escalation.
• Critical thinking is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale customer journey for company incorporation services across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide clients through KYC and jurisdiction-specific documentation requirements with clarity and care.
• Maintain prompt, clear communication via email and phone; resolve issues and unblock clients quickly.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Maintain and update SOPs for onboarding and incorporation-related workflows.
• Identify friction points and implement improvements that enhance client satisfaction and response rates.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality checks and jurisdictional regulatory standards.
