Flag Theory is seeking an experienced client onboarding specialist to own the post-sale journey for company incorporation services across multiple jurisdictions. You will guide clients through KYC requirements and ensure smooth onboarding with clear communication.

You will coordinate with vendors, update SOPs, and identify improvements to boost client satisfaction and timely delivery. The role requires strong English, empathy, and proven remote-work experience.

• Multilingual fluency, particularly in languages relevant to offshore or international clientele.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or client-facing ticketing systems.
